What your notice must include

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
• The exact URL of each page on this site that contains the material, with enough detail for us to locate it.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Valid notices are reviewed promptly. Material that is clearly infringing is removed or replaced within a reasonable period, usually within a few business days. The page may be edited to remove the disputed element instead of being taken down entirely.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details, the removed URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification. We may restore the material if the original claimant does not respond within the statutory period.

Misuse

Knowingly filing a false notice can carry legal consequences. Please check that the material is actually hosted on this domain before sending a request.
